Special turkish dessert

 

Preparation 

1) Add content of the package into 750ml cold milk. Stir over medium heat until it boils.

Cook in low fire for 3-4 min by stirring.

2) Smear margarine over a tray of 20-30cm sizes. Sprinkle 50 gr of fine sugar powder in all surface of tray.

3) Empty the cooked dessert on to tray and continue to cook for 5 min. By turning tray over the heat to burn uniformly. After cooling cut into portions serve it into cups by means of spatula.

Sugar , rice flour, corn starch

May contain traces of gluten , milk,hazelnut
